THE BROKEN SYSTEM......

When do we call a broken system? It is a great question because every progress depends on it. A system is broken when it fails to attain, accomplish and achieve its actual motive , betterment and progress. We can even call it the absence of flexibility .

Well! When the dogs are given the authority and power to rule , the birth of the broken system takes place. No doubt , a dog is a good follower with fiasco and flops in creative thinking towards growth of an organisation. They are too busy picking and pointing out others mistakes  just to impress the management. They are the package of excuses with an appreciable power to manipulate anything and put forth. They create followers and never a leader as they are coward ,scared and petrified by nature.

It is said,'Knowledge is power' but let us be not confused by a degree holder and a knowledgeable person. A degree holder may lack the practical learning and experience and when they shoulder responsibility they struggle hard to retain their position by hook or by crook. They are that virus which takes the country to hell.
On the other hand, the truly knowledgeable person are fireball  and powerhouse of All Life-skills , Multiple -Intelligence and innovative ideas with the ability to know the efficiency of co-workers and colleagues. They believe in making things happen rather than giving excuses.

Now, again the question arises what can be the possible solution for the sake of the growth of a country. Will the steps taken by the minor percentage of people who really want  the progress and prosperity bring the change or will be crushed by the majority.

" Clear from the story of NCERT English Book that dogs are lazy, incapable and coward. Hence, they become a frog of a well and lives life like vermin......"

According to me, systems are made to run organisation smoothly , either a country or educational institution. If the smoothness has gone ,again a question arises who is the hindrance , the system maker or the robotic followers ?

Co-operation, co-ordination  and teamwork with politeness and humbleness are needed.

Who will bell the cat if the cat itself is the hindrance.
